I am licensed in Florida with over 20 years of professional work experience. We all have experiences that have left us feeling unsafe, unloved, lost, confused, helpless, or unwell emotionally. I have experience working with individuals who have suffer with anxiety, trauma responses, mood disorders, parenting, and more. My hope is that I can help everyone build capacity to build good interpersonal skills, personal skills, and self love; thus creating opportunities to manage "yuk" when things do not go as expected or when someone does not feel important.
I believe our brain is our mental health organ and has great capacities to heal. Through the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychedelic Assisted Psycho therapy, and components of Internal Family Systems we can help the brain/mind reach wellness. I also utilize Circle of Security, Conscious Discipline and the Seven Challenges.
