I was born and raised in Southern Arizona. I have always had a passion to help and educate others as I have made my way through my own healing journey. I have worked with a wide range of clients from pre-teens experiencing divorce, loss, anxiety, and ADHD symptoms, to long-time veterans dealing with substance use, depression, PTSD, a lack of purpose, and everyone in between. With the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Emotional Freedom Technique, EMDRIA trained EMDR, boundary work, and somatic grounding tools, clients can become unstuck and experience joy in the journey.
My passion in counseling is to educate clients about how the nervous system functions and creates patterns in our lives, keeping us feeling stuck. I specialize in EMDR and am very passionate about this modality. If you are experiencing continuous triggers and feel like nothing can help, I would love to educate you on your nervous system though EMDR.
