While I work with a diversity of communities & concerns, my areas of emphasis are relationships, transgender/gender-expansive identity, neurodiversity, anxiety, trauma, sexuality & multicultural identity. One of my primary goals is to offer a compassionate space where identities, culture, and background are not only accepted, but embraced and celebrated as we work together on the concerns or goals you bring into therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to identify and work through elements that are keeping them stuck in patterns of anxiety, anger, shame, or conflict with themselves or loved ones.
In therapy, we will explore and process the impact of your life experiences while concurrently utilizing action-based strategies to promote healing, empowerment & healthy relationships. My approach integrates complementary modalities that emphasize self-awareness while offering practical tools to reduce stress and promote positive change.
