I am passionate about helping individuals overcome burn out, anxiety, depression, PTSD and interpersonal conflict, so that they can connect more fully with their authentic selves and lead more fulfilling lives.
I am also passionate about helping couples overcome barriers to understanding each other in order to reach deeper, more meaningful levels of connection through life’s difficulties. I believe that each individual and/or couple is unique and brings with them their own unique challenges and strengths.
