Too many of us feel drained of our joy, energy, and empowerment. Society, and often our families condition us to believe this is normal and just the way things are, but that is not true. We are all deserving of a joyful, peaceful, and empowered life, regardless of the hardships we’ve endured or the to-do lists we face each day.
I work with young and mid-aged adults—especially those who identify as cycle breakers—to heal their attachment wounds, break cycles of suffering, and act from their Wise Self.
As a certified Relationship Coach trained in Integrated Attachment Theory and an educator who has taught a course on love for nearly a decade to over 1000 students, my goal is to teach people how to love themselves and others better. I create a custom, evidence-based plan that helps you rewire limiting beliefs, heal core wounds, and act with integrity.
Through my groups and coaching practice, I teach what I had to learn the hard way. As a voracious learner committed to being a cycle breaker, I bring my lived experience and professional training to my groups and coaching practice. Please reach out to determine if my groups or coaching would be a good fit for your goals.
