About
I am a licensed therapist & clinical supervisor with 14 + years of experience in working with those struggling with eating disorders & co occurring mental health struggles. Now more than ever, it is easy to feel stressed, alone and misunderstood. I work with my clients to address feelings of anxiety, depression, low self esteem, & most recently difficulties with the pandemic and feelings of isolation. You have the power to help yourself and my goal is to help you get there. My work involves identifying the areas in your life that may require change or improvement, and guiding you there with encouragement & accountability.
I have extensive experience working in eating disorder & mental health treatment, both as a director and a clinician. I have worked in Inpatient, PHP, IOP & Outpatient. My passion has been working with those who have eating disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, grief & loss, depression, anxiety, and struggles with self worth & self esteem.
My goal as an outpatient provider is to provide quality, individualized therapy to those who are seeking positive change & support. I believe in a supportive, solution focused approach. Each person’s experience is deserving of a non-judgmental, receptive, and attentive space- which I can provide for you. I invite you to reach out today, you're halfway there!
