Hello and welcome. I’m registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor 15017 supervised by Tristanne Gallardo Stewart, LMFT 139570, LPCC 17533, I'm passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is integrative and transpersonal, blending trauma-informed mindfulness, somatic (body-based) awareness, strengths-based work, and experiential techniques to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and feel more empowered in your life. When we deepen our presence and learn to listen to the body, we can begin releasing the weight of the past and easing the worry of the future.
I work with individuals ages 10+ navigating a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, identity exploration, spirituality, and challenges with self-esteem. With compassion, humility, and authenticity, I meet you exactly where you are and collaborate with you to uncover what you need to move forward.
