Shannon Seibel, LPCC provides trauma-informed, holistic psychotherapy with a focus on supporting first responders, public safety personnel, and frontline workers. Her approach considers the whole person and is grounded in the belief that effective therapy addresses both emotional and physiological responses to stress and trauma. Shannon offers person-centered individual therapy for concerns including trauma responses, anxiety, depression, grief, self-image difficulties, and self-harm.
Your initial session focuses on gathering background information and developing a clear understanding of your current stressors and goals for treatment. This first meeting provides space to discuss concerns such as current symptoms, work and life stressors, family history and dynamics, and other relevant life experiences.
Therapy with Shannon is collaborative and goal-oriented. She integrates evidence-informed practices such as behavioral activation, strengths identification, adaptability skills, and solution-focused goal setting to support improved daily functioning.
