If you are looking for a compassionate therapeutic relationship and safe, nonjudgmental space where you can find support and healing, I can help. Through processing, skill building, exploration of various feelings and thoughts, and more, I can guide and support you.
As a counselor, it is my honor to work with clients (adolescents-14+ and adults) from a trauma-informed (certified in trauma care), person-centered approach, which is grounded in evidence-based treatment. My own personal life experiences and clinical knowledge have helped me to develop a solid foundation from which I serve clients.
I understand that counseling can be a vulnerable experience, and it can be hard to make the leap and reach out for help. I would be pleased to hear from you so that we can begin the therapeutic journey together. Additionally, please note that while I work with people of various cultures and beliefs, I provide Christian counseling when desired by clients.
