With years of experience supporting children and adults affected by trauma, I've developed a deep understanding of its far-reaching impacts on daily choices and activities. My extensive training in trauma-informed care enables me to recognize individualized responses to trauma and the non-linear healing journey. I collaborate with clients to cultivate self-awareness, self-efficacy, and resilience, promoting empowerment and growth. As a specialized Clinical Certified Trauma Practitioner, I apply evidence-based modalities to help clients process trauma and develop skills for thriving.
