She utilizes a collaborative and holistic approach to helping individuals overcome their challenges because they’re the experts on their lives.
She believes in creating a safe, judgment-free environment filled with compassion and empathy, where individuals are free to openly discuss their experiences and become the best version of themselves as they see fit. Shannon believes that experiences and challenges are unique to individuals, and so too should be the therapeutic approach she uses.
