My approach is strengths based and client-centered, meaning you decide what issues you would like to work on and I support you while you work toward your goals. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic approaches and am also trained in EMDR which can be helpful with treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
