My goal is to provide a warm and safe environment for you to feel like you have truly been heard. I take an eclectic approach to therapy modalities but frequently utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and Brainspotting with clients.
I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Chronic Pain as well as therapy for individuals living with chronic pain and chronic illness especially those with daily headaches.
