I am passionate about creating a safe and healing space for those who struggle with past traumas, depression, anxiety, existential crisis, low self esteem, perfectionism, and altered states of consciousness. I provide a client centered, trauma informed approach, utilizing ketamine assisted psychotherapy, EMDR, ego state therapy/IFS, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I received certification in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and am EMDRia trained. I also have experience working with first responders
