My goal in therapy is to support you to attain, healing, growth and lasting change. I can help you feel stronger and more confident. I work with most issues and diagnoses. I use many different modalities and therapeutic approaches which are tailored to your needs and the issues you would like to work on.
Focus often begins with learning skills to help you manage and cope with difficult feelings. With those skills in place we can begin healing from trauma and emotional pain, building skills and coping strategies to increase ability to manage whatever life is presenting. My approach is proactive, compassionate and focused on problem-solving.
I see therapy as a collaborative process, working together to increase self-awareness and build on your strengths. We work as a team to achieve your goals.
