I also commend you for taking the first steps toward improving your life. I applaud your courage and willingness as you begin your journey toward healing and change. My priority is to create a safe space free of judgment where you can process your thoughts and feelings in a way that feels authentic. It is important to me that my clients are heard and feel accepted. You are the expert in your own life, and I want to help you access your strengths to achieve positive and meaningful change.
Treatment modalities: Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP-II), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy,Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Family Systems Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), and Strength-Based Therapy.
I use an eclectic approach to therapy tailored to individualize the needs of each client. I am here to meet you where you are at. Together, let us challenge your negative beliefs, identify unresolved root issues, address past hurts and conflicts, and learn the skills to move forward successfully. I work with individuals, families, and partnerships.
