As a therapist, I take a person-centered and holistic approach to our work together. I believe in the importance of early life experiences and attachment in shaping our adult behaviors and influencing the patterns we tend to repeat. I believe that growth and change cannot happen without self-awareness, so deepening that is at the heart of all of my work.
