Are you having a hard time understanding or communicating with someone? Or maybe anxiety, depression, or past trauma is making it difficult to reach your personal goals. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore the challenges you’re facing, deepen your self-understanding, and work toward positive change. My approach to therapy is to accept you regardless of your religion, race, ethical background, sexual orientation, or gender. This is also what I practice in my personal life. I believe in forming a person-centered approach, creating a trusting environment. This is where your healing begins.
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you recognize unhelpful thinking patterns and help you find better ways to think and feel. Depending on your needs, I may also use tools from solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and other approaches.
