With over 17 years of experience within the mental health field, I strive to provide an opportunity for children, teens, adults, & families to encounter vulnerability, authenticity, & compassion. I am proficient with assisting individuals/families with issues including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, grief & loss, divorce, trauma, academic & social development, relationship stressors, spirituality/faith, & behavioral problems. I coordinate w/ schools, medical teams, etc also.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) & Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S), I possess the skills/knowledge needed to utilize Play Therapy w/ children. Adolescents/teens are offered a combination of Play Therapy/expressive arts along w/ traditional talk therapy. I provide a Child Centered/Person Centered approach for all ages.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the therapy process that can help foster growth and healing. No matter the season you are experiencing, I am excited and honored to join the journey alongside you...
