I have a passion for helping clients through difficult life circumstances and transitions. Helping clients improve their health and well-being is my one of my greatest joys and the reason I became a therapist. I have over 20 years experience helping clients with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma and problematic anger.
Many people suffer abuse, neglect or trauma. These manifest as mood disorders, addictions, and low self-esteem. Healing trauma improves life satisfaction and relationships. Narcissistic relationships can be an insidious form of emotional abuse and healing from these is specific focus of practice for me.
I enjoy working with healthcare professionals as we are susceptible to secondary trauma, narcissistic abuse and the challenges of self care and burn out. By doing our own work we are better able to help the people in our care.

This group meets weekly to provide members with new coping skills for managing problematic anger. Average length of treatment is 8-12 weeks. The group complies with probation requirements for anger management as well as mandatory referrals from employers.
