Hi, there! I am so happy you are here. My name is Shannon (she/her), and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I greatly look forward to collaborating with you to create a safe space where you can be fully yourself and be appreciated for your uniqueness, strength and resiliency. I strive to provide compassionate, empowering, intuitive and personalized care as well as evidence-based and effective treatment options. I am honored to walk this healing journey with you and bring many tools to use along the way: Compassion-Focused Therapy, CBT, EMDR, art therapy and ecotherapy.
My areas of specialty include working with teens and adults with childhood trauma, developmental trauma, sexual abuse, emotional, abuse, domestic violence, depression, grief, LGBTQ+ issues, ADHD, shame and anxiety.
