I received my masters in clinical counseling from Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2009. I specialize in individual, couples and family counseling. I aid clients in the resolution of trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship conflict, spiritual confusion, and attachment issues.
My practice utilizes various tools including: empathy, CBT, narrative therapy, inner child work, the P.A.I.N. model, EMDR and spiritual exploration. My clients experience a wholeness approach that intersects clinical practices and faith
