Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20+ years working with at-risk children and families around the world. I have sat with individuals in some of the hardest circumstances imaginable, and watched them find their footing. That experience has allowed me to hold hope in the room for many people, children, and families. I specialize in individual, teen, child, and family therapy. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a certified Theraplay practitioner, with additional training in Sand Therapy, Child CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment-Based Focused Family.

I work with people from 4 years old through the senior years to help navigate grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational wounds. I have worked with families touched by ADHD, medical trauma, loss of a loved one, adoption or foster care, and third culture children.
