I help clients who are suffering from generalized anxiety, OCD, panic, hair pulling, social anxiety, phobias, PTSD, and traumatic events. I also provide CBT focused treatment for depression and daily stress. If you are struggling with uncertainty, fear, or coping with a major life event- I'm here to help! I provide the following evidence based treatments: CBT for anxiety/depression, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. I also have a specialty in women's health and fertility!
I offer individual therapy, one-hour long evaluations, and intensive treatment (90minute sessions, 5 times per week). I work with children (10+), adolescents, and adults. I specialize in evidence based treatments but also offer supportive therapy.
I received my doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2018 and completed my doctoral internship through the Veterans Health Administration. I then completed my fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania prior to completing licensure.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice. During your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy, set goals for treatment, and agree upon appropriate treatment interventions. CBT is effective at identifying and changing unhelpful thinking patterns that can lead to difficult emotions.
