My work focuses on understanding the why beneath the behavior and helping families create lasting change. I support children ages 3–13 with trauma, ADHD, anxiety/depression, and ASD Level 1. Office visits M/W/Th; telehealth for established clients.
I use Play Therapy, TF-CBT, EMDR, CBT, parent coaching and ADHD-informed strategies to help children build emotional regulation, confidence, and coping skills. I support trauma, anxiety, and ASD Level 1, and offer parent coaching for structure, routines, and connection.
