Change can be a difficult yet exciting process. I work hard to provide a safe space where clients can explore their past and grow their potential. I use an integrated therapy approach that mixes elements of many different therapy styles to adapt treatment to your unique needs. I use an authentic and direct, yet gentle, approach to foster a relationship with you and value meeting you where you are with empathy, warmth, and acceptance. The relationships between the therapist and client is the most important foundation in successful therapy. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is tailored to the client’s likes and needs.
I have experience in diverse settings including a hospital setting and private practice. I have worked with clients aged 12 and up with a range of concerns, including depression, dipolar, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, divorce, relationship conflicts, and with LGBTQ+ and gender identity issues.
I use a variety of approaches in therapy, including evidence-based interventions, art, psychodynamic, narrative, sand tray, and person-centered approaches. Therapy can be emotionally challenging at times. I am to help guide you through this process of change in a way that feels supportive, encouraging, and centered on you and your needs.
