My practice supports individuals who experience emotions intensely, struggle in relationships, or feel misunderstood in traditional therapy spaces. I specialize in working with people navigating Borderline Personality Disorder, Autism Spectrum differences, and survivors of domestic or relational trauma. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or unsure how to regulate strong emotions. Together we focus on building emotional regulation, self-understanding, and practical skills that foster safety, boundaries, and more stable, fulfilling relationships.
I provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care for adolescents and adults up to age 50 who struggle with intense emotions, relationship difficulties, or the impact of trauma. Together we build skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthy boundaries to help you feel more stable, confident, and empowered.
