Have you noticed that your life has gotten small? That no matter what you do, you find yourself feeling like you are carrying heavy burdens that you can't let go of? You are not alone in this struggle. As a therapist, I have a particular focus on the intersection of trauma and neurodivergence. I love to help people more deeply understand how they function, and how to harness their strengths to heal and find their own best path forward in life. I’m a passionate advocate for wellness whether mental, emotional, or physical, and I have a deep personal understanding of how different roadblocks can frustrate our efforts to achieve it.
I believe it is important to work as a team to put together the pieces of treatment that will move a person forward. I use a combination of therapies that target cognitive, emotional, and somatic processing to help a person work through the things that keep them stuck.
I have a great love for the active process of developing a deep understanding of the inner lives of other people, and helping them to find self compassion and a sense of love and belonging within themselves.
