I believe the first step to healing involves connection, so I use humor, authenticity, and shared humanity to connect with clients. I am proactive and dynamic, NOT just a "blank slate." I specialize in treating trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, Bipolar, and stressful life transitions. I am also accepting new LMSW/LCSW supervisees virtually throughout Georgia. My clinical experience of 13 years includes working with teens and adults in community mental health, school-based therapy, and a private practice setting, using techniques from interpersonal therapy, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and ERP. I have extensive experience in treating trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, to name a few.
