I develop a personal plan of focus geared specifically to what you want out of counseling. I also believe by building a strong therapeutic relationship with my client, it allows meaningful and effective therapy - this is the foundation for the healing process.
I am clinically trained in Gottman therapy and apply it towards couples counseling to include the LGBTQ community. My specialty ranges from, but not limited to relationship distress, codependency, individual trauma-PTSD, anxiety, self-esteem, emotional abuse, and grief.
