I am a Family Systems therapist, so I approach counseling with a lens that focuses on relationships within each system. I have a passion for working with children, couples and families. I work with all populations ranging from children as young as 2 years old, to adults, couples, and families with a variety of presenting concerns.
My expertise is relationships and working with children under 12 years of age, as I'm trained in play therapy and sandtray techniques. I incorporate various modalities to enhance the therapeutic process and promote healing. I recognize that every client is unique and will tailor my therapeutic approach to suit a client’s needs.
