The primary focus of my practice is working with creative women who struggle to identify their emotions and communicate their needs. I have experience working with anxiety and depression, and I don't shy away from topics like sexuality, menopause, or the complexities of interpersonal relationships.
My own body liberation journey has empowered me to expand my professional training to help others struggling with eating disorders, body image, and perfectionism. I also enjoy working with other professionals and therapists in training.
My goal as a therapist is to help my clients find balance in their lives through transformation and personal growth. I am deeply passionate about the feminine journey and the challenges that come with our growth in a society that does not always nurture self-awareness.
