Therapy can be an empowering and beneficial experience that is unique and individual. Some people only need support for a short time. In order to get to where we want to be, it isn’t always necessary to relive the past. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, but with relevance to 2025. Sometimes, in order to meet a goal, we need someone to hold us accountable and other times we need reflective support. We will identify what type of manageable strategies and support is best together-By setting realistic steps with a focus on progress, we will do intentional work together in an honest, safe, and collaborative setting.
I provide adult/child support for anxiety (OCD), depression, life/social skills issues (I.e., ASD child & adult), PTSD, stress (home/work) medical/illness, communication or relationship, parenting, grief, change, and life transitions. Specialties: Child behavior/dev concerns, early childhood (0-5), fertility/adoption, PPD, and parenting, healthy families.
