I have been providing therapy for children (age 5 and up), adolescents and adults since 2000 in a variety of therapeutic settings. I specialize in the area of trauma and other forms of abuse that causes emotional stress and negative impact on the individual's life and families lives. I am an EMDR trained therapist.
I work with individuals and families that are managing with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, relationships stressors, sexual abuse and physical abuse, parenting issues. grief/loss, adjustment issues including adoption and divorce. Also with dealing with just daily stressors that we experience in our lives.
I have helped clients of all ages through challenges that they encounter in their lives. Sometimes all it takes is an objective listener in a supportive environment. By gaining a better understanding of your past influences, present patterns and inner beliefs you can find a better understanding you need for yourself, and your life.
