Hello! I hold extended evening hours Mondays through Thursdays till 9 pm, Fridays till 5 p.m., and will also meet with you on Saturdays, on a bi-weekly basis. You deserve to feel understood and accepted, and I approach each person with an open heart and deep respect for their individual story and with a unique plan tailored to your goal for seeking support. Whether you’re navigating life events, grief, trauma, or other challenges, I am here to walk beside you, listen without judgment, and help you feel safe and empowered.
My therapeutic style is humanistic, personable, and empathetic, shaped by a variety of lived experiences: served 3 years in Ukraine as a US Peace Corps Volunteer, a past injured athlete at an Olympic Training Facility, and trained at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, in a wide array of approaches: CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, etc.
