I primarily work with clients who may struggle with trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, LGBTQ+, domestic violence,and depressive disorders. I enjoy working with clients who are queer, neurodiverse, and/or poly-amorous/Non-Monogamous. My goal is to help people live their lives radically and authentically as they heal. I use a range of practices such as Trauma Systems Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy through a feminist and health-at-every-size lens. I have worked in victim advocacy, substance use disorder treatment facilities, group homes, home-based therapy, and in community health settings.
