About
Shannon Loos, LPCC is currently accepting new clients. She uses a person-centered, strength-based approach to help clients organize their thoughts, navigate behavior patterns and obstacles, and clarify steps toward their unique goals. In order to reach those goals, Shannon works with clients to improve: anxiety, depression, adjustment/transitions, burn out, relationships and dating, trauma, self-esteem/confidence, self-care, coping skills, and more. Shannon explores these pieces with clients to really see what may be holding them back, and uncover a way forward that is filled with acceptance and balance.
Along this journey, Shannon incorporates CBT, mindfulness, and art therapy techniques. She uses art therapy options to help clients express the self with accessible materials and non-threatening, creative prompts. The intention is to help clients bring internal struggles to the external realm where those struggles can be seen, transformed, and let go.
Shannon’s overall approach is one of creativity and trust in YOU at the present moment. When you are ready, go ahead and reach out. We can get through the struggle together.
