I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have experience in several areas, including anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicidality, eating disorders, self-esteem and identity, and life transitions. I offer a safe space where you are free to be vulnerable and authentic.
I utilize several different theories, meeting the needs of my clients. Some of those theories include, Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
