I offer trauma-informed therapy in Nevada, integrating EMDR (eye movement therapy that helps reprocess painful memories), somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, these approaches help regulate your nervous system, process what you've been carrying, and shift patterns in a lasting way.
