About
My hope is that if you have found your way here that you are thinking about, hoping for, or are ready to embrace change. You have taken the initiative and have begun the most difficult part of your journey. Change can be hard, and often uncomfortable; however, you do not have to go through it alone. Each of us is the expert of our own experiences. I engage a psychodynamic, person centered, strengths based, solution focused approach in working with my clients. What I love most about my work is that I get to be a safe space to hold, reflect, support, validate and normalize your thoughts and feelings as you learn more about yourself.
I will offer you a safe, non-judgmental, environment to explore your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. My role is to help each person to discover, enhance, and embrace individual strengths and skills, and to support you in moving on from what may holding you back from your connecting to your authentic self.
Let's work to identify your goals and objectives in a therapeutic, supportive environment. We may work on things like reducing symptoms, strengthening your inner voice, challenging and reframing negative, irrational thoughts, and/or core beliefs, and improving self-image, self-esteem, and self-determination. What would you like to explore together?
