Specialties - chronic-long term illness, grief-loss, infertility, anxiety, and relationship issues. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist- focus in attachment and somatic psychology. My most valuable experience and education came from my role as a bereavement counselor. Here, I discovered witnessing, honoring and championing one throughout the therapy process is essential for healing.
I have dealt with fertility issues and am a cancer survivor which allows for deep understanding and sensitivity, while respecting each individual's journey and process. Our work together will focus not only symptom relief but creating new experiences, updating the nervous system and changing the brain's neural networks.
