My work is for those called toward deeper authenticity—who sense more beneath the surface of their symptoms, relationships, dreams, or emotional patterns. You may feel an inner pull to explore the roots of your experiences, not just the behaviors that grow from them. I offer a therapeutic space where that exploration becomes possible. Healing unfolds in the context of relationship—to our psyche, bodies, histories, & those who shaped us. Together, we examine your emotional landscape, attachment patterns, inner symbols, & unconscious material to help find meaning.

I have years of clinical experience with adolescents, young adults, adults, & families across many behavioral health settings. My depth-oriented, insight-driven approach draws on psychodynamic, relational, & Jungian perspective, integrating structural family therapy, existential, transpersonal, somatic, & attachment-based theories, as well as ACT, DBT, & MI.
