Taking the step to reach out for therapy, on our own or with a partner/family member, is a brave move. I work with adults & older teens, with a straight-forward yet approachable systemic & trauma-informed focus. My areas of interest/training include couples & individual therapy with a focus on relational trauma & infidelity; premarital counseling, eldercare; sexuality; anxiety; depression; grief & loss; assertiveness, mindfulness, healthy self-care practices.
