I specialize in Eating Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem and Body-Image. I am passionate about working with Individuals and Families as they experience positive change in their lives, and in their relationships. I work with Women, Children and Adolescents with ages ranging from 12 years old to women well into retirement! I have an amazing team of Dietitians, Psychiatrists, and Medical Professionals that join my treatment team on a daily basis! I'm available to work with you in my office, however I am happy to meet you to assist you in the challenges of meal outings, clothing/grocery shopping, and even work events!
Having treated and studied in the field of Eating Disorders since 2001, I have now transitioned into Life Coaching! I offer a unique perspective on recovery as I walk alongside families and individuals in recovery from various forms of disordered eating, Social Phobia, Agoraphobia, as well as behaviors associated with Depression and Anxiety!
Eating disorders are not about food, but about learning how to effectively deal with conflicting emotions and behaviors in a way that preserves one's integrity.
