My therapy approach is simple: I want to get to know you as a person, understand what you’re going through, and work with you to find practical, meaningful solutions. Whether you’re dealing with stress, relationship or identity issues, anxiety, OCD, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to help you make sense of things and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to ensure our work is effective and tailored to your needs. This means I use methods that have been shown to help people manage their emotions, change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and build better relationships.
But more importantly, I believe that therapy should be about us working together in a way that feels comfortable, constructive, and genuine for you. My approach emphasizes self-compassion and exploring the narratives that have shaped your life. We’ll work together to uncover and challenge unhelpful patterns, bringing your values and behaviors into alignment.
I recognize and celebrate diversity in my life and work. I am curious about clients’ lived experiences and aim to understand and respect each person’s unique culture and identity. I support trans and gender nonconforming individuals by providing gender-affirming care, including letters of support.
