Hello! I am a seasoned therapist who has more than 16 years experience providing mental health services to those in need. I have specialized treatment with anxiety disorders and phobias, mood disorders such as depression and bipolar, addictions, trauma and PTSD, OCD themes, BFRB's, couple's therapy, family therapy, adolescent struggles, religious issues, and identity transitions such as LGBTQ issues. I hold some additional specialized training with adoption and attachment issues.
