I am an licensed master social worker. I have expertise in children’s mental health, parent support, and burnout. I also have specialized training in crisis counseling. I utilize CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. I also draw from IFS, play therapy and somatic therapy. I believe in individualizing care based on the what works best for you.
