Helping clients achieve meaning and fulfillment in their lives is one of my main goals as a counselor. Having experienced grief personally, I am passionate about helping others to find insight and healing in their own lives. I believe in the importance of treating the whole person and working from a foundation of understanding and partnership to address problems and achieve your goals. Whether you have faced loss or trauma, are going through a life transition, or just need a space to better understand yourself counseling can be the support you need to help find your own way forward.
My approach is trauma-informed with incorporation of modalities to best support individual needs, including IFS, mindfulness, and DBT skills. I have experience working with grief and loss, trauma, interpersonal issues, anxiety, depression, anger, emotional regulation, and life transitions/ adjustments.
We can all benefit from a neutral, safe space to better explore and understand both ourselves and lived experiences.
