HELLO! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist providing services in Cumberland, RI. I utilize traditional talk therapy as well as Art Therapy to assist clients in addressing emotional and behavioral concerns. I will support clients to identify goals, improve coping and increase self-awareness in a judgement free therapeutic environment.

During Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) sessions clients learn strategies to address unhealthy thought patterns and treat self-destructive behaviors including impulsivity and self-harm.
