We are capable of far more than we realize. Often, we limit ourselves through worn out narratives surrounding shameful experiences and perceived faults. What we need is a new perspective and ways to rewrite our stories that empower us to move forward with purpose. I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and challenging life transitions. I support clients to build inner resources, gain self-compassion, and become empowered individuals.
I utilize mindfulness-based practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and art therapy for a unique and dynamic experience. Art therapy involves making art to discover, process, and heal what limits you from living your best life.
I support my clients through an atmosphere of compassion, empathy and respect. Therapy may seem like a daunting process, but it is truly one of the best opportunities to get to know yourself and release what is no longer serving you. Reach out to me for a free consultation and take the first step on your journey to healing and empowerment.
